Our team realized and finalized the client's creative concept on a turnkey basis. We successfully selected the right location, created a unique decoration and technical support for the event, and helped develop a menu for the tasting.

The Educo festival, invented by the Ministry, was aimed at increasing the development of the population in the field of environmental conservation.

From our side, we fully developed the concept of the event, selected and decorated the location, staged the show program and assisted in selecting the best contractors.

For 4 months Infinity Events participated in the development and realization of the concept built around the brand philosophy. The special difference of the event was the absence of a classic presenter, absolute focus on speakers and presentation content, as well as non-standard placement of the stage - right in the heart of the hall.

Infinity Events team became a contractor for FIFA and the Football Association of the Republic of Uzbekistan to decorate the VIP box for the festival.

We developed and implemented a turnkey design concept within the brandbook of the event held at HUMO Arena. The design included a large amount of branding in the lodge area, a national corner filled with traditional adras, fruits, vegetables and the most popular Uzbek sweets, as well as a corner with branded chocolate made in the form of a futsal field.

The founders of Infinity Events took part in the organization of the annual large-scale festival of local brands Teplo Autumn Fest 2024. The festival was held at the Japanese Garden on the first weekend of September. Under the guidance of Camilla and Shahnoza, the festival decorations, technical equipment of the stage area were realized and together with the festival producer Lien, an informative and incendiary show program was directed.

The whole team of Infinity Events worked at this festival and not only as organizers and coordinators of the festival, but also as organizers of partner activities of the co-organizer of the festival - Ipak Yuli Bank.

For the festival our team organized a children's zone, a zone of master classes, coordinated the cleanliness of the festival territory, coordinators' work and production of advertising structures.

For Ipak Yuli Bank, the co-organizer of the festival, we implemented a turnkey stand, branded festival content, catering inside the stand and entertainment activities.
